MLK-12416-5: spi: qspi: align to 2015.04
Switch to use 2015.04 qspi driver.
Change header file to adapt to the driver.
To i.mx6sx, move config to header file.
Tested read/write/erase on 6ulevk/sxai/sxsdb.
