udoo_neo: Add PFUZE300 PMIC support
UDOO Neo boards has a PFUZE300 connected to I2C1 bus. Tested on a UDOO Neo Full with "pmic PFUZE3000 dump" command. Signed-off-by: Breno Lima <breno.lima@nxp.com>
