ENGR00154924 [MX6]Disable some clocks in uboot
We should disabel some clocks in uboot to save
power, or when we download from enet to boot up
kernel, the power consumption could be up 800mA@5V,
may damage the chip.
After apply it, we can save more then 200mA@5V.
