imx: mx6: ddr add mpzqlp2ctl entry
Add mpzqlp2ctl entry for mx6_mmdc_calibration.
MMDC_MPZQLP2CTL register is for init tZQINIT, tZQCL, tZQCS for LPDDR2 chips.
