ENGR00162570: MX6-Increase VDDSOC_CAP voltage to 1.2V
Set the VDDSOC LDO to increase the VDDSOC cap to 1.2V.
This is required for correct functioning of GPU and when the
ARM LDO is set to 1.225V (when ARM core is at 1GHz).
