Also, output section mmutable is not used in SPL builds. Remove it. Finally, update README regarding the (now homogeneous) semantics of CONFIG_SPL_[BSS_]MAX_SIZE and add the new CONFIG_SPL_MAX_FOOTPRINT macro.
