Due to several changes of the boot-process we've redesigned the default-
environment settings completly.

It is often necessary to "break in" into boards bootloader commandline if
something fails or even for development purposes some parameters have to be
changed.
So we enable u-boot's CONFIG_NETCONSOLE feature.
We also modify Networksettings to apply with this new use-case.

Currently, CONFIG_SPL_SPI_* #defines are used for controlling SPI boot in
SPL. These #defines do not allow the user to select SPI mode for the SPI flash
(there's no CONFIG_SPL_SPI_MODE, so the SPI mode is hardcoded in
spi_spl_load.c), and duplicate information already provided by
CONFIG_SF_DEFAULT_* #defines.
Kill CONFIG_SPL_SPI_*, and use CONFIG_SF_DEFAULT_* instead.

In the case of SPL on these boards we only need environment for
SPL_USBETH, so it's safe to normally use ENV_IS_NOWHERE and SPL+NAND
does not support environment today.

GPMC_NAND_ECC_LP_x16_LAYOUT
OMAP3 used GPMC_NAND_ECC_LP_x8_LAYOUT and GPMC_NAND_ECC_LP_x16_LAYOUT macros
to configure GPMC controller for x7 or x8 bit device connected to its interface.
Now this information is encoded in CONFIG_SYS_NAND_DEVICE_WIDTH macro, so above
macros can be completely removed.

Since B&R boards uses only MMC-Controller #1, it only
wastes time if we initialize #0 first to see that there is nothing.
