* mmc: pxa: Flip over the remaining boards to pxa_mmc_genericMarek Vasut2012-10-22-1/+2
| | | | | | | | | | Some of the boards still used the old PXA_MMC driver instead of the new generic one. Use the new one instead so the old can be removed and the generic MMC framework can be properly used. * serial: Remove CONFIG_SERIAL_MULTI from config filesMarek Vasut2012-10-15-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | Remove any notion of CONFIG_SERIAL_MULTI from board config files. Since CONFIG_SERIAL_MULTI is now enabled by default, it is useless to specify this config option in the board config files. Therefore remove it. * serial: pxa: Make use of default_serial_console in serial_pxaMarek Vasut2012-10-15-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | Make use of the newly implemented weak default_serial_console in the serial_pxa driver. This removes all reimplementations of this function from board files. Signed-off-by: Marek Vasut <marex@denx.de> Cc: Marek Vasut <marek.vasut@gmail.com> Cc: Tom Rini <trini@ti.com>
* ARM: Remove unused stack and irq config definesRob Herring2012-09-01-13/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | CONFIG_STACKSIZE is not referenced anywhere except on AVR32, but present in most ARM board config files. IRQs are only enabled for 1 config, so remove the unused config options for IRQ and FIQ stack size as well. * hush.c: Move default CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT_HUSH_PS2 to hush.cTom Rini2012-06-20-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | Exactly one board has defined CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT_HUSH_PS2 to a value different than "> " which is vision2. I have Cc'd the maintainer here as I strongly suspect this is a bug rather than intentional behavior. * CONFIG_SYS_BAUDRATE_TABLE: Add <config_fallbacks.h>, place thereTom Rini2012-06-20-3/+0
| | | | | | | | | We provide a default table of { 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, 115200 } in <config_fallbacks.h> which mkconfig places after <configs/...h> in the generated config file. This is used when a board has not set its own table. Signed-off-by: Tom Rini <trini@ti.com>
* PXA: Rename CONFIG_PXA2[57]X to CONFIG_CPU_PXA2[57]XMarek Vasut2011-12-06-1/+1

* cosmetic: s/BOARD_LATE_INIT/CONFIG_BOARD_LATE_INITHelmut Raiger2011-10-27-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | This renames BOARD_LATE_INIT to CONFIG_BOARD_LATE_INIT. Along the way it removes some leftover #define BOARD_LATE_INIT 1 and adds some basic documentation for board specific callbacks in README. Signed-off-by: Helmut Raiger <helmut.raiger@hale.at> Acked-by: Stefano Babic <sbabic@denx.de>
* board configs: drop NET_MULTI referencesMike Frysinger2011-10-05-1/+0
| | | | | | | Now that none of the core checks CONFIG_NET_MULTI, there's not much point in boards defining it. So scrub all references to it. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
* armv7: rename cache related CONFIG flagsAneesh V2011-07-04-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Replace the cache related CONFIG flags with more meaningful names. Following are the changes: CONFIG_L2_OFF -> CONFIG_SYS_L2CACHE_OFF CONFIG_SYS_NO_ICACHE -> CONFIG_SYS_ICACHE_OFF CONFIG_SYS_NO_DCACHE -> CONFIG_SYS_DCACHE_OFF Signed-off-by: Aneesh V <aneesh@ti.com> V2: * Changed CONFIG_L2_OFF -> CONFIG_SYS_NO_L2CACHE V4: * Changed all three flags to the final names suggested as above and accordingly changed the commit message
* Replace CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE by auto-generated valueWolfgang Denk2010-10-26-2/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE has always been just a bad workarond for not being able to use "sizeof(struct global_data)" in assembler files. Recent experience has shown that manual synchronization is not reliable enough. This patch renames CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE into GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE which gets automatically generated by the asm-offsets tool. In the result, all definitions of this value can be deleted from the board config files. We have to make sure that all files that reference such data include the new <asm-offsets.h> file. No other changes have been done yet, but it is obvious that similar changes / simplifications can be done for other, related macro definitions as well. * DM9000: Add data bus-width auto detection.Remy Bohmer2008-06-04-4/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | The U-boot DM9000x driver contains a compile time bus-width definition for the databus connected to the network controller. This compile check makes the code unclear, inflexible and is unneccessary. It can be asked to the network controller what its bus-width is by reading bits 6 and 7 of the interrupt status register. The linux kernel already uses a runtime mechanism to determine this bus-width, so the implementation below looks somewhat like that implementation. This change has been tested with DM9000A, DM9000E, DM9000EP. Signed-off-by: Remy Bohmer <linux@bohmer.net> Signed-off-by: Ben Warren <biggerbadderben@gmail.com>
* Big white-space cleanup.Wolfgang Denk2008-05-21-3/+3
| | | | | | | | | | | This commit gets rid of a huge amount of silly white-space issues. Especially, all sequences of SPACEs followed by TAB characters get removed (unless they appear in print statements). Also remove all embedded "vim:" and "vi:" statements which hide indentation problems. Signed-off-by: Wolfgang Denk <wd@denx.de>
