On all TI platforms the ROM defines a "downloaded image" area at or near
the start of SRAM which is followed by a reserved area. As it is at
best bad form and at worst possibly harmful in corner cases to write in
this reserved area, we stop doing that by adding in the define
NON_SECURE_SRAM_IMG_END to say where the end of the downloaded image
area is and make SRAM_SCRATCH_SPACE_ADDR be one kilobyte before this.
At current we define the end of scratch space at 0x228 bytes past the
start of scratch space this this gives us a lot of room to grow. As
these scratch uses are non-optional today, all targets are modified to
respect this boundary.

According to common eMMC partition table for Android boot (see
PARTS_DEFAULT definition in include/configs/dra7xx_evm.h), "bootloader"
partition (where u-boot.img is stored) starts at 256 KiB. Which is equal
to 512 sectors (as 1 MMC sector size is 512 bytes).
This patch fixes CONFIG_SYS_MMCSD_RAW_MODE_U_BOOT_SECTOR constant so that
it points to correct address of "bootloader" partition and SPL is able to
read, parse and run u-boot.img correctly.
This change was originally done as part of patch [1] in omapzoom u-boot.
Without this patch, SPL fails to parse U-Boot header with next error:
mkimage signature not found - ih_magic = 4814325a
While at it, also fix U-Boot partition size, which is 384 KiB (as stated in
include/configs/dra7xx_evm.h).

Linux kernel can enumerate mmc sd as either mmcblk0 or mmcblk1.
But u-boot default environment assumes that sd always populates
as mmcblk0. With this the root fs is not being mounted when
mmc sd is enumerated as mmcblk1.
So use partuuid to update root= option in default environment.

Add option to set shell prompt string from menuconfig and migrate
boards globally.
The migration is done as follows:
- Boards that explicitly and unconditionally set CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT had the
entry moved to their defconfig files.
- Boards that defined some kind of #ifdef logic which selects the
CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT (for example qemu-mips) got an #undef CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT
right before the #ifdef logic and were left alone.
- This change forces CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT to be a per board decision, and thus
CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT was removed from all <soc>_common.h and <arch>_common.h
files. This results in a streamlined default value across platforms, and
includes the following files: spear-common, sunxi-common, mv-common,
ti_armv7_common, tegra-common, at91-sama5_common, and zynq-common.
- Boards that relied on <arch/soc>_common.h values of CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT were
not updated in their respective defconfig files under the assumption that
since they did not explicitly define a value, they're fine with whatever
the default is.
- On the other hand, boards that relied on a value defined in some
<boards>_common.h file such as woodburn_common, rpi-common,
bur_am335x_common, ls2085a_common, siemens_am33x_common, and
omap3_evm_common, had their values moved to the respective defconfig files.
- The define V_PROMPT was removed, since it is not used anywhere except for
assigning a value for CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT.

TI armv7 based SoCs are based on two architectures - one based on OMAP
generation architecture and others based on Keystone architecture.
Many of the options are architecture specific, however a lot are common
with v7 architecture. So, step 1 will be to move out OMAP specific stuff
from ti_armv7_common into a ti_armv7_omap.h header which is then used
by all the relevant architecture headers.

Currently in some cases SDRAM init requires global_data to be available
and soon this will not be available prior to board_init_f(). Adjust the
code paths in these cases to be correct. In some cases we had the SPL
stack be in DDR as we might have large stacks (due to Falcon Mode +
Environment). In these cases switch to CONFIG_SPL_STACK_R. In other
cases we had simply been setting CONFIG_SPL_STACK into SRAM. In these
cases we no longer need to (CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR is used and is also
in SRAM) so drop those lines.

- FROM: generic config file 'ti_armv7_common.h'

So that each board can independently set the value as per its design.

CONFIG_SYS_NAND_U_BOOT_OFFS: <refer doc/README.nand>
CONFIG_CMD_SPL_NAND_OFS: <refer doc/README.falcon>
CONFIG_SYS_NAND_SPL_KERNEL_OFFS: <refer doc/README.falcon>
