We must use the console name in the 'stdout' variable to select the one
we want. At present the name is formed from the driver name with a suffix
indicating the rotation value.
It seems better to name them sequentially since this can be controlled by
driver order. So adjust the code to use 'vidconsole' for the first,
'vidconsole1' for the second, etc.

Now that driver model support is available, convert sandbox over to use it.
We can remove a few of the special hooks that sandbox currently has.

Some archs/boards specify their own default by pre-defining the config
which causes the Kconfig system to mix up the order of the configs in
the defconfigs... This will cause merge pain if allowed to proliferate.
Remove the configs that behave this way from the archs.
A few configs still remain, but that is because they only exist as
defaults and do not have a proper Kconfig entry. Those appear to be:

For the distro_bootcmds to succeed on the sandbox a bit of setup is
required (e.g. network configured or host image bound), so running them
by default isn't that useful.
Add a -b/--boot command to the sandbox binary, which triggers the
distro_bootcmds to run after the other command-line commands.

Make the sandbox setup more generic/examplary by including
config_distro_defaults.h and config_distro_bootcmd.h.
Among other things this makes it easy to test whether images will boot
though with the standard distro bootcmds by running e.g:
u-boot -c 'host bind 0 myimage.img ; boot'
By default there are 2 target host devices to emulate device with
multiple storage devices (e.g. internal ("host 0") and external
("host 1") and verify that the prioritization and fallbacks do work
correctly.
