* ARM: remove CONFIG_ARM1136 definesMasahiro Yamada2014-11-20-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | CONFIG_CPU_ARM1136 was introduced into Kconfig by commit 2e07c249a67e (kconfig: arm: introduce symbol for ARM CPUs). This commit removes all the defines of CONFIG_ARM1136 and replaces the only reference in arch/arm/lib/cache.c with CONFIG_CPU_ARM1136. Signed-off-by: Masahiro Yamada <yamada.m@jp.panasonic.com>
* power: Rename CONFIG_PMIC_... to CONFIG_POWER_...Simon Glass2014-05-28-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | Commit be3b51aa did this mostly, but several have been added since. Do the job again. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org> Acked-by: Lukasz Majewski <l.majewski@samsung.com> Signed-off-by: Minkyu Kang <mk7.kang@samsung.com>
* configs: imx: Remove CONFIG_SYS_SPD_BUS_NUM optionFabio Estevam2013-12-17-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | According to the README: "- CONFIG_SYS_SPD_BUS_NUM If SPD EEPROM is on an I2C bus other than the first one, specify here. Note that the value must resolve to something your driver can deal with." There is no SPD EEPROM on the imx boards, so ged rid of this option. * configs: imx: Make CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT uniform across FSL boardsFabio Estevam2013-11-13-1/+0
| | | | | | | | There is no real benefit in adding the board name into U-boot's prompt, so remove the custom CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT definitions so that the standard "=> " prompt is used across FSL boards. Signed-off-by: Fabio Estevam <fabio.estevam@freescale.com>

* mx35pdk: Remove CONFIG_SYS_CACHELINE_SIZEFabio Estevam2013-09-20-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | In arch/arm/cpu/arm1136/cpu.c we have: #ifndef CONFIG_SYS_CACHELINE_SIZE #define CONFIG_SYS_CACHELINE_SIZE 32 #endif ,so there is no need to define 'CONFIG_SYS_CACHELINE_SIZE' with the default size in the board config file. * | pmic_fsl: Introduce FSL_PMIC_I2C_LENGTHFabio Estevam2012-10-26-0/+1
|/ | | | | | | | | | | | | Introduce FSL_PMIC_I2C_LENGTH to configure the number of bytes that are used to communicate with the PMIC via I2C. Instead of hardcoding the value, pass the number via a configurable option per PMIC type. This will be useful for adding support for PMIC MC34704 from Freescale, which uses only one byte in its I2C protocol. Signed-off-by: Fabio Estevam <fabio.estevam@freescale.com>

* ARM: Remove unused stack and irq config definesRob Herring2012-09-01-8/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | CONFIG_STACKSIZE is not referenced anywhere except on AVR32, but present in most ARM board config files. IRQs are only enabled for 1 config, so remove the unused config options for IRQ and FIQ stack size as well. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | According to include/i2c.h: "/* * Many boards/controllers/drivers don't support an I2C slave interface so * provide a default slave address for them for use in common code. A real * value for CONFIG_SYS_I2C_SLAVE should be defined for any board which does * support a slave interface. */ #ifndef CONFIG_SYS_I2C_SLAVE #define CONFIG_SYS_I2C_SLAVE 0xfe #endif " As the mxc_i2c driver does not support slave mode, there is no need to define CONFIG_SYS_I2C_SLAVE in i.MX board file. * MX35: mx35pdk: wrong board revisionStefano Babic2012-04-16-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | The board revision is detected accessing to the pmic, that is not available before relocation (I2C). This generates the following error: CPU: Freescale i.MX35 rev 2.0 at 532 MHz. Reset cause: WDOG <reg num> = 7 is invalid. Should be less than 0 Board: MX35 PDK 1.0 The revision number is wrong, as a default value is printed (tested on a mx35pdk Rev. 2.0). * MX: serial_mxc: cleanup removing nasty #ifdefStefano Babic2011-12-06-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | The serial driver for iMX SOCs is continuosly changed if a new SOC or not yet used port is used. CONFIG_SYS_<SOC>_<UART Port> defines were used only to find the base address for the selected UART. * Add support for Freescale's mx35pdk board.Stefano Babic2011-02-02-0/+303
The patch adds suupport for the Freescale's mx35pdk board (known as well as mx35_3stack). The board boots from the NOR flash. Following devices are supported: - two ethernet devices (FEC and SMC911x on debug board) - I2C - PMIC (MC13892) via I2C interface - UART - NOR flash (64MB) - NAND flash (2GB) - basic access to mc9sdz60 registers via I2C interface Signed-off-by: Stefano Babic <sbabic@denx.de>
