Due to several changes in the boot-process we do a complete redesign of the
default environment.

For series testing purpose we need to boot some linux, therefore we enable
the needed features
- bootz
- devicetree

The board has been redesigned, therefore we need from now other I/O Pins to
mux and handle.
Older boards aren't supported from now anymore.

Since CONFIG_CMD_CRC32 is defined in config_cmd_defaults.h,
it is enabled for all the boards except the ones undefining it
explicitly:

tseries_spi
vct_platinum_onenand_small
vct_platinum_small
vct_platinumavc_onenand_small
vct_platinumavc_small
vct_premium_onenand_small
vct_premium_small
The default value of this config option should be "y" and
"# CONFIG_CMD_CRC32 is not set" should be added for those exceptions.

Since B&R boards uses only MMC-Controller #1, it only
wastes time if we initialize #0 first to see that there is nothing.
