We now also automatically pick all boards that are listed in boards.cfg (and with all configurations), so we can drop the redundant entries from MAKEALL to avoid building these twice. Moving this configuration setting into the "CONFIG_*" name space is also desirable because it is needed if we ever should move forward to a Kconfig driven configuration system. Especially, all sequences of SPACEs followed by TAB characters get removed (unless they appear in print statements).
