This covers the code sequence from setting up the initial stack to calling into board_init_r(). Also, rewrite the C runtime setup and make functions board_init_*() and relocate_code() behave according to normal C semantics (no jumping across the C stack any more, etc). The main purpose of this is to deal with a very early panic() which would otherwise cause a silent hang. A new board_pre_console_putc() function is added to the board API. If provided by the board it will be called in the event of console output before the console is ready. This function should turn on all UARTs and spray the character out if it possibly can. This device tree is for U-Boot's own use and is not necessarily the same one as is passed to the kernel. The device tree compiler output should be placed in the $(obj) rooted tree. Since $(OBJCOPY) insists on adding the path to the generated symbol names, to ensure consistency it should be invoked from the directory where the .dtb file is located and given the input file name without the path.
