* include: move various macros to include/linux/kernel.hMasahiro Yamada2014-11-20-3/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | U-Boot has imported various utility macros from Linux scattering them to various places without consistency. In include/common.h are min, max, min3, max3, ARRAY_SIZE, ALIGN, container_of, DIV_ROUND_UP, etc. In include/linux/compat.h are min_t, max_t, round_up, round_down, etc. We also have duplicated defines of min_t in some *.c files. Moreover, we are suffering from too cluttered include/common.h. This commit moves various macros that originate in include/linux/kernel.h of Linux to their original position. Note: This commit simply moves the macros; the macros roundup, min, max, min2, max3, ARRAY_SIZE are different from those of Linux at this point. * usb: musb: add virtual root hub control supportBryan Wu2010-01-12-0/+55
| | | | | | | | | For MUSB devices that do not support multipoint (hubs), we have to emulate a root hub so that we can support core operations like resetting ports. * stdio/device: rework function naming conventionJean-Christophe PLAGNIOL-VILLARD2009-07-18-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | So far the console API uses the following naming convention: ======Extract====== typedef struct device_t; int device_register (device_t * dev); int devices_init (void); int device_deregister(char *devname); struct list_head* device_get_list(void); device_t* device_get_by_name(char* name); device_t* device_clone(device_t *dev); ======= which is too generic and confusing. Instead of using device_XX and device_t we change this into stdio_XX and stdio_dev This will also allow to add later a generic device mechanism in order to have support for multiple devices and driver instances.
