In preparation for supporting a live device tree, which uses a node pointer instead, refactor existing code to access this field through an inline function. 	The SPI IP core in the Marvell Armada 3700 is similar to the one in the other Armada SoCs. But the differences are big enough that it makes sense to introduce a new driver instead of cluttering the old kirkwood driver with #ifdef's.
