At present this driver uses bind() to set up the device. The bind() method
should not touch the hardware, so move the init code to probe().

Add driver model support to the mc146818 rtc driver. Also clean up
the driver a little bit for coding convention issues.

Various files are needlessly rebuilt every time due to the version and
build time changing. As version.h is not actually needed, remove the
include.

On x86 we use CMOS RAM to read and write some settings. Add basic support
for this, including access to registers 128-255.

This is actually required in order for a Linux kernel to boot
successfully on a physical Malta board. Without enabling the RTC, a
Malta Linux kernel will get stuck in its estimate_frequencies function
on boot.

The AmigaOneG3SE board has been orphaned or a very long time, and
broken for more than 12 releases resp. more than 3 years. As nobody
seems to be interested any more in this stuff we may as well ged rid
of it, especially as it clutters many areas of the code so it is a
continuous pain for all kinds of ongoing work.

This commit gets rid of a huge amount of silly white-space issues.
Especially, all sequences of SPACEs followed by TAB characters get
removed (unless they appear in print statements).
Also remove all embedded "vim:" and "vi:" statements which hide
indentation problems.

Modify the RTC API to provide one a status for the time reported by
the rtc_get() function:
0 - a reliable time is guaranteed,
< 0 - a reliable time isn't guaranteed (power fault, clock issues,
and so on).
The RTC chip drivers are responsible for providing this info if the
corresponding chip supports such functionality. If not - always
report that the time is reliable.
The POST RTC test was modified to detect the RTC faults utilizing
this new rtc_get() feature.
