Add a convenience function to access the private data that a uclass stores
for each of its devices. Convert over most existing uses for consistency
and to provide an example for others.

Add support for driver model if enabled. This involves minimal changes
to the code, mostly just plumbing around the edges.

Add a common library for obtaining access to the Chrome OS EC. This is
used by boards which need to talk to the EC.
