HW-specific #defines, etc. stay in the 'arch-tegra20' 'root' file. All boards build OK w/MAKEALL -s tegra20. Checkpatch.pl runs clean. Seaboard works OK. Therefore, adjust the code so the config file only specifies number of the port. With such adjustment in place, the exported prototypes in serial.h can be safely removed.
