* driver/ifc: Add 64KB page supportJaiprakash Singh2015-04-23-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | IFC has two register pages.Till IFC version 1.4 each register page is 4KB each.But IFC ver 2.0 register page size is 64KB each.IFC regiters structure is break into two viz FCM and RUNTIME.FCM(Flash control machine) registers are defined in PAGE0 and controls IFC generic functionality. RUNTIME registers are defined in PAGE1 and controls NAND and GPCM funcinality. FCM and RUNTIME structures defination is common for IFC version 1.4 and 2.0. * fdt: Allow ft_board_setup() to report failureSimon Glass2014-11-21-1/+3
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This function can fail if the device tree runs out of space. Rather than silently booting with an incomplete device tree, allow the failure to be detected. Unfortunately this involves changing a lot of places in the code. I have not changed behvaiour to return an error where one is not currently returned, to avoid unexpected breakage. Eventually it would be nice to allow boards to register functions to be called to update the device tree. This would avoid all the many functions to do this. However it's not clear yet if this should be done using driver model or with a linker list. This work is left for later. * powerpc/BSC9132QDS: Enable creation of dynamic partition for NAND and NORAshish Kumar2014-11-14-0/+12
| | | | | | | | | | * fdt_fixup_mtdparts is called from ft_board_setup * run "mtdparts default" to create NAND, NOR partition on uboot * Use mtdparts to create partitions dynamically rather than using static partitions in device tree Signed-off-by: Ashish Kumar <Ashish.Kumar@freescale.com> Reviewed-by: York Sun <yorksun@freescale.com>
* powerpc/mpc85xx: Check return value of find_tlb_idxYork Sun2014-07-22-3/+9
| | | | | | | | | | find_tlb_idx() is called in board_early_init_r() on multiple boards. The return value is not checked before being used to disable a TLB. In normal case the return value wouldn't be -1. In case of a mis- configuration during porting to a new board, checking the return value may be helpful to reveal some user errors. * Driver/IFC: Move Freescale IFC driver to a common driverYork Sun2013-11-25-1/+1
| | | | | | | | Freescale IFC controller has been used for mpc8xxx. It will be used for ARM-based SoC as well. This patch moves the driver to driver/misc and fix the header file includes. Signed-off-by: York Sun <yorksun@freescale.com>
* Driver/DDR: combine ccsr_ddr for 83xx, 85xx and 86xxYork Sun2013-11-25-7/+7
| | | | | | | Fix ccsr_ddr structure to avoid using typedef. Combine DDR2 and DDR3 structure for 83xx, 85xx and 86xx. Signed-off-by: York Sun <yorksun@freescale.com>
* Driver/DDR: Moving Freescale DDR driver to a common driverYork Sun2013-11-25-2/+2
| | | | | | | Freescale DDR driver has been used for mpc83xx, mpc85xx, mpc86xx SoCs. The similar DDR controllers will be used for ARM-based SoCs. Signed-off-by: York Sun <yorksun@freescale.com>
* board/bsc9132qds: Configure DSP DDR controllerPriyanka Jain2013-08-09-0/+22
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | BSC9132 SoC has two separate DDR controllers for PowerPC side and DSP side DDR. They are mapped to PowerPC and DSP CCSR space respectively. BSC9132QDS has two on-board MC34716EP DDR3 memory one connected to PowerPC and other to DSP side controller. Configure DSP DDR controller similar to PowerPC side DDR controller as memories are exactly similar.
