So reorder the .gitignore for the Makefile and indicate that the Makefile does not need to be ignored first and then indicate everything else in spl should be ignored after wards. This can silently cause file system corruption when performing a write operation on partition larger than 4 GiB. Since the sent USB request size at once is 512B (L1 - 32 KiB in total) - one can be quite confident that it is already available in L1 and L2 can be disabled.
