MLK-10134 imx: mx6dqarm2: Add MX6DQ PoP validation board support
The MX6DQ PoP validation board is similar as MX6DQ ARM2 board. So
reuse the ARM2 BSP codes with new DDR script used.
The build target for MX6DQ PoP validation board is:
mx6qarm2_pop_lpddr2_config
