MLK-11753 imx: mx6dqp: update ddr script to v1.09

arik_r2_sabre_ddr3_528_1.09.inc is for sabre-auto board.
arik_r2_sdb_ddr3_528_1.09.inc is for sabre-sd board.
Changelog:
1. Optimize DQS duty cycle setting
2. Optimize ZQ PU/PD value
Test results:
2 ARD boards.
2 6QP-SDB boards.
1 6DP-SDB board.
All passed overnight memtester stress test.
