ENGR00223797-2 MX6Q/DL CPU:Do not disable IPU display channel
This patch changes to keep IPU display channel being running
rather than disable IPU display channel when we leave uboot
stage and go to kernel stage. This may support smooth
tranistion from Uboot splash screen to kernel stage.
