ENGR00263305-7 i.mx6:sabreauto: Add the i.MX6solo sabreauto support
This patch is to add the i.MX6solo sabreauto support,
The i.MX6solo sabreauto board configuration has the following
difference with i.MX6dl sabreauto:
- DDR bus width: 32bit
- DDR capacity: 1024M
