MLK-12616-3 mx6ull: Enable CONFIG_MX6UL definition for MX6ULL
Since iMX6ULL is derivative of iMX6UL, most of design are same, so enable
CONFIG_MX6UL to reduce duplicated effort.
We can use CONFIG_MX6ULL for the difference between these two chips.
