MLK-10774-6 imx: add mxc_keyb
This patch is from commit b79371410aa44972dea53d5c19d256170928dcbd
"ENGR00315499-9: ARM:iMX6SL EVK: Add keyboard support"
Since board file already added related bsp and pin settings,
this patch only add driver.
