MA-7330-1 change tool chain to gcc4.9 for android kernel and uboot
uboot will fail when loader zImage which is larger than 9M.
Increasing CONFIG_SYS_BOOTM_LEN from 8 MB to 16 MB is necessary to
support uncompressing images larger than 8 MB.
