doc: cleanup - move board READMEs into respective board directories

Also drop a few files referring to no longer / not yet supported
boards.

-("dev hda read.." instead of "ide read.." or "dev sda read.." instead of
-"scsi read..."). Todo this, a common way of assign a block device to its name
