MA-6381 Add HAB support for the whole boot.img
boot.img includes kernel image, ramdisk img, dtb, and bootargs. All are critical for android security. Protect the whole boot.img with HAB. Signed-off-by: guoyin.chen <guoyin.chen@freescale.com>
