ENGR00162717 mx53_smd/mx53_loco DA9053: reset da9053 i2c and add dummy write
mx53_smd, mx53_loco DA9053: reset da9053 i2c by sending
9 dummy clock and start/stop when bootup and add dummy write
when accessing da9053 registers.
