ENGR00143461 mx51 evk: increase VDDGP as 1.1v for 800MHZ
The default VDDGP output voltage is 1.05V in mx51 evk board
According to mx51 datasheet (Rev 0.4), the VDDGP for 800MHZ
should be 1.1v for 800MHZ
