ENGR00176537 mx6qsabreauto: i2c3_sda route setting
* In RevB boards a steer logic circuit enables the
route path of I2C3_SDA signal and is controlled by
EIM_A24__GPIO_5_4 pad.
* Configure GPIO_5_4 as as output and enable steer logic
circuit.
