ENGR00142322: mx53-smd: spi nor: can't erase 0x200000 size
Spi nor can't erase 0x200000 size.
There are two issues in this CR.
1. Spi nor can't erase 0x200000 size.
2. Whole chip erase don't work.
The solution will be:
1. Delay more time for WIP check.
2. Use normal erase for whole chip erase.
