MA-9137 Support "fastboot erase" command for emmc device
Refine the fastboot erase implementation as below:
* Follow rx_process_flash() to define rx_process_erase()
* Add process_erase_mmc() to execute "fastboot erase"
* No support the commands for SATA storage
* Add flag FASTBOOT_PTENTRY_FLAGS_UNERASEABLE for unearseable parition
