ENGR00176347-2 mx6solo sabreauto: add DDR3 support
Add DDR3 script (400MHz@32 bit) in mx6solo sabre auto
board. MX6Solo_DDR3_400MHZ_32bit.inc was delivered
on Mar 7, 2012 by Fan Chongbin-B32609
