MLK-11682 imx: mx6ul: Update DDR script of 14x14 EVK board to 1.2 rev
IC team releases new DDR script "EVK_IMX6UL_DDR3L_400MHz_16bit_V1.2.inc",
update it to DCD and plugin for i.MX6UL 14x14 EVK board.
