MLK-10841 imx: mx6ul_ddr3_arm2: Add support for WEIMNOR boot
Correct the EIMNOR settings to non-mux mode and set the environment
variables configuration to FLASH when using WEIMNOR boot.
New target is added for build WEIMNOR boot u-boot:
mx6ul_ddr3_arm2_eimnor_config
