ppc4xx: Fix "bootstrap" command for Katmai board
The board specific "bootstrap" command is now fixed and can be used for the AMCC Katmai board to configure different CPU/PLB/OPB frequencies. Signed-off-by: Stefan Roese <sr@denx.de>
