MLK-14499 mx6qarm2: Convert to use OF_CONTROL and DM driver
Modify the mx6qarm2 configurations to enable OF_CONTROL and DM drivers:
USB, Ethernet, UART and MMC.
Add two DTS files for imx6q/dl arm2 board and imx6q pop arm2 board.
