MIPS: kconfig: add options for endianess select
Add new Kconfig option to let the user select the targets
endianess. Each target have to select SUPPORTS_BIG_ENDIAN
and/or SUPPORTS_LITTLE_ENDIAN to indicate which endianess
is supported.
