mpc8xx/i2c.c: replace PRINTD() by debug()
This also fixes some GCC 4.6 build warnings like:
warning: variable 'txbd' set but not used [-Wunused-but-set-variable]
warning: variable 'rxbd' set but not used [-Wunused-but-set-variable]
