MLK-13624 configs: imx7ulp_evk: add net args for USB NFS boot
i.MX7ULP has no ENET controller, and kernel enable wlan0 and USB eth0
interface by default, set the net args interface to eth0 to force kernel
NFS boot from USB ethernet.
