USB-CDC: Use native debug printout macros
Replace Linux-like debug printout macros by native ones. Signed-off-by: Vitaly Kuzmichev <vkuzmichev@mvista.com> Applied after removing dead code like '#define DEBUG/#undef DEBUG'
