MLK-11554 imx: mx6ulevk: Modify the mtest memory end to half of PHYS_SDRAM_SIZE
Since the mx6ul 9x9 evk has different DDR size with 14x14 evk, change
to use the half of PHYS_SDRAM_SIZE for mtest end.
