ENGR00151255 mx53 QS: Enable VUSB_2V5
Kernel stops at USB driver initialization if suspending,
resuming and resetting the board.
It's because VUSB_2V5 voltage is disabled after suspend.
Need to re-enable it mannually into U-boot
